This group is for language teachers who identify as LGBTQIA+ to have a brave space for thoughtful discussions related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual (LGBTQIA+) issues.

The New Teacher affinity group's multifaceted goals support new teachers (fewer than five years in the classroom) by fostering community, sharing knowledge, and strengthening teaching skills through collaboration and inclusivity.

The ACTFL Discover program is designed to support world language educators by offering accessible and flexible digital micro-learning courses, providing the tools they need to make a real impact in the classroom.

This course emphasizes the critical role of breaks, mindfulness practices, and structured play in supporting neurodivergent learners and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
